Stacy Hasson is a proud member of the Polk County Chapter of the Oregon Women for Agriculture. She also holds the position of Review Committee Chair with the Oregon Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisal.
In addition to performing appraisal services, we feel strongly about sharing our appraisal knowledge with others. In Fall 2013 Stacy Hasson took an adjunct professorial position with Oregon State University teaching agriculture appraisal practices to upper division undergraduate students.

Stacy received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oregon State University in December of 2007 before entering the appraisal field in early 2008. From March 2008 through January 2011 she specialized in rural and commercial farm use real property appraisals in the Willamette Valley as an appraiser assistant. During that time she learned and developed appraisal principles and procedures under the supervision of four Certified General Appraisers.
In January 2011 she received her Certified General Appraiser license from the State of Oregon Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board. After obtaining her Appraiser Certification she continued her appraisal work in Oregon specializing in rural and commercial farm use real property appraisals throughout the Willamette Valley. In October 2012 she established Hasson and Associates, PC. She is affiliated with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) in addition to the Oregon based chapter of the ASFMRA. She is also a current Candidate for Designation and Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute. To date she has completed all of the advanced level training courses for Candidate Members including, but not limited to: Advanced Income Capitalization, Advanced Concepts and Case Studies, and Advanced Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use. Specific areas of experience include performing narrative based reports for the following property types: hazelnut orchards, blueberry plantings, dry and irrigated cropland, dairy replacement heifer facilities, equine facilities, agronomy centers, seed cleaning facilities, rural residential use properties, wetlands mitigation banks, and commercial commodity storage buildings for agriculture use. In addition to appraisal services she also provides consultation services for a wide range of real estate needs.
